Job Summary

The primary purpose of the Senior Manager in IAM is to enhance the organization’s security posture and streamline access management processes. This role is crucial in developing and implementing identity and access management strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement IAM Strategies: Design and execute IAM strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Oversee the implementation of IAM solutions, including identity governance, authentication, and authorization systems.
  • Manage IAM Operations: Lead the IAM team in daily operations, ensuring efficient and secure access to systems and data. Monitor and respond to security incidents related to identity and access management.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate IAM-related risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IAM or related fields, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM technologies, including identity governance, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management (PAM).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
