Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of Investment Advisors, ensuring high performance and achievement of sales targets.
2. Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to meet B2C sales targets.
3. Drive telesales efforts for mutual funds, insurance products, and other financial offerings.
4. Provide continuous coaching and training to team members to improve skills and customer handling.
