Job Summary

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and workflows with a specific focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Customer Service Management (CSM). This role is critical in enhancing IT processes and ensuring best practices are adhered to, ultimately contributing to the organization's efficiency and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows across ITOM, ITSM, and CSM modules.
• Build Catalog Items, Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Enhance ITOM processes, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Perform ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Ensure compliance with platform best practices and ITIL standards during solution development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in ITOM, ITSM, and CSM modules.
• Strong scripting knowledge in Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
• Experience with API integrations and workflow automations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) or CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications.
• Experience with Service Portal, Scoped Applications, and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on ITOM, ITSM, and CSM.

Environment

• Work will be conducted in office locations in Pune and Bangalore.
