Job Summary

The PMS Sales Zonal Head North will be responsible for leading and managing the Portfolio Management Services (PMS) sales operations in the North Zone, specifically focusing on Delhi. This leadership role involves driving sales strategies, managing teams, and achieving revenue targets aligned with organizational goals. The position reports directly to Mukesh Sharma and requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee PMS sales activities across the North Zone, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve budgeted revenue targets.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and professional growth.
• Coordinate with senior management, including reporting to Mukesh Sharma, to align sales initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the financial services or PMS domain.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse sales team.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Educational qualifications typically include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.

• Expertise in Portfolio Management Services (PMS) sales.
• Familiarity with the North Zone market dynamics, especially Delhi.
• Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Experience

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in sales, with a focus on PMS or financial products.
• Demonstrated track record of managing sales teams and achieving significant revenue growth.

Salary

• Fixed salary budgeted between INR 40 to 50 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA).

Environment

• The role is based in Delhi, focusing on the North Zone market.
• Likely involves a mix of office-based work and field visits to clients and sales teams.
