Job Description
Role Objective
The incumbent will actively collaborate with distribution hierarchy to drive interventions to
boost sales strategy, share intelligent information across identified vectors, create
opportunities to build more productive avenues to diversify sales in agency channel

Function with the entire distribution hierarchy especially zonal leaders in creating a
forward-looking sales strategy to promote business
Create focussed interventions for building a steady sales funnel
Provide industry best insights and enable quality sales which promote customer
retention
Enable daily, weekly, monthly MIS across vectors leveraging on seasonality and
regional dynamics
o PO Channel
Strengthen PO strategy with zonal heads, creating a zone wise visibility matrix
promoting sales through the PO channel
Increase productivity in the PO channel and monitor output on a periodic basis
o PMS
Shape PMS programs for promoting sales
Working closely with Planning team on headcount/sales/cost numbers
Create, monitor, amend and shape incentive schemes which increase both the
spread and earning quantum for incentive earning population across sales
channels
o MDRT & Eagle
Create programs on increasing consistent MDRTs and ensure best practices in LI
are incorporated to enhance growth in MDRT count
Collaborate with SI team for creating a market wide strategy to promoting sales
Promote visibility of individual wise sales data across vectors and provide intelligent
insights for better decision making
Drive sales teams through various interventions in promoting more Eagles
forward-looking sales strategy to promote business
