Regional Lead - Institutional Sales

`

1) Job Purpose

To drive pan-India PMS sales through Insti/Family office/RIA/Digital and Direct Channels. The role

incumbent will be responsible for planning & implementation of the business development strategy

through above mentioned sources.

2) Principal Accountabilities

▪ Develop and build Institutional and Family office business from scratch

▪ Drive product development efforts by identifying opportunities for growth based on changing

Institutional mandates

▪ Engage & Update Institutions and Family Offices with ASK IM Alternate product offerings.

▪ Build a dedicated marketing communication for better visibility and awareness around the

alternate product.

▪ Get approvals and complete Due Diligence with each Institution.

▪ Work with the investment and marketing team to identify compelling, innovative brand and

communications strategies. Implement brand strategy and campaigns to build brand equity of

the business

▪ Work closely with products team to develop focus on best in class/innovative products, etc.

▪ Develop deeper relations with Promoters and Institutional clients.

▪ Monthly/Quarterly Investment updates to the Institutions

▪ Contribute 10% of the new sales

▪ Over the 3 years, the Institutional channel should contribute 5000 crs of Alternates AUM.

▪ Channelize key market intelligence to the products & Investment team.

▪ Ensure compliance with regulatory framework at all times & with brand value.

▪ Lead a small Direct team of sales and telecallers to build Direct and Digital channels for ASK

IM from the current 400 crs to 2000 crs in 3-4 years.

▪ Devise marketing and sales strategies to acquire clients through social media channels like

Linked in and FB.

▪ Contribute 100 crores of monthly sales in a year.

3) Major Challenges

▪ Acquisition of new clients through Insti/Family office/RIA/Digital and Direct Channels

▪ Constant Updation on new products & best practices.

4) Experience & Qualification

▪ M.B.A or Equivalent post graduate degree

▪ 12 or more years of relevant experience in mentioned channels

▪ Knowledge of equity products is necessary
