Job Summary

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales in the AI/ML infrastructure space, focusing on developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, particularly CTOs in infrastructure companies. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a quarterly conversion target of 30% or above, targeting deals sized at 2 million dollars.
  • Engage with both existing leads and new potential clients through a balanced mix of hunting and farming techniques.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, with an average duration of 3 months, from lead generation to closing.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of AI/ML products and infrastructure solutions.
  • Liaise with CTOs and other high-level stakeholders to understand their needs and align the product offerings accordingly.
  • Track and report on sales activities and pipeline progress to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, development tools, and related products.
  • Sales Experience: 4-5 years of experience in sales within the Infra/Dev Tools/ML product domain.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to engage with CTO-level stakeholders and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Performance Metrics: Ability to manage a pipeline of 2 million dollars per quarter with a high conversion rate.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Experience in managing long sales cycles effectively.
  • Outbound and Inbound Sales: Proficiency in executing both outbound strategies and managing leads provided.
