<div>What is the role?<br /> The Sales Head will be responsible for driving the overall Disbursal goals for Vidyuttech across various customer<br /> segments. The candidate will be expected to build and lead the entire sale org (currently 80 persons strong team)<br /> and will be responsible for growth in Dealer Channel, DSA channel and Fleet Operator Channel. The candidate will<br /> be expected to create strategies that align with Vidyuttech&rsquo;s goals and objectives, identifying potential new<br /> markets and opportunities, analysing trends and data and creating sales plans to increase revenue. The role<br /> requires significant travel out of the base location within the country.<br /> Responsibilities<br /> Strategic Leadership :<br />  Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company&amp;#39;s overall objectives.<br />  Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and<br /> continuous improvement.<br /> Team Management :<br />  Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.<br />  Set clear performance expectations and drive accountability within the team.<br /> Market Expansion :<br />  Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the country.<br />  Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.<br /> Sales Planning :<br />  Create and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.<br />  Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.<br /> Revenue Growth :<br />  Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer/client/dealer acquisition.<br />  Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.<br /> Customer Relationship Management :<br />  Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.<br />  Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.<br /> </div> <div>Vidyuttech Services Pvt. Ltd.</div> <div>Skills / Background<br />  Experienced Sales professional, with around 12-15 years&amp;#39; experience, of this around 3 to 4 years in a<br /> leadership role<br />  Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing, preferably from a<br /> similar industry<br />  Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills and sales management experience,<br /> along with strong ethical standards, are needed<br />  Superb leadership ability<br />  Having a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving<br />  Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment<br />  A Management degree from a reputed college<br />  Data oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills.</div>
