Job Description

What is the role?
The Sales Head will be responsible for driving the overall Disbursal goals for Vidyuttech across various customer
segments. The candidate will be expected to build and lead the entire sale org (currently 80 persons strong team)
and will be responsible for growth in Dealer Channel, DSA channel and Fleet Operator Channel. The candidate will
be expected to create strategies that align with Vidyuttech’s goals and objectives, identifying potential new
markets and opportunities, analysing trends and data and creating sales plans to increase revenue. The role
requires significant travel out of the base location within the country.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership :
 Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
 Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and
continuous improvement.
Team Management :
 Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
 Set clear performance expectations and drive accountability within the team.
Market Expansion :
 Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the country.
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Sales Planning :
 Create and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
 Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Revenue Growth :
 Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer/client/dealer acquisition.
 Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management :
 Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
 Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.

Skills / Background
 Experienced Sales professional, with around 12-15 years' experience, of this around 3 to 4 years in a
leadership role
 Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing, preferably from a
similar industry
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills and sales management experience,
along with strong ethical standards, are needed
 Superb leadership ability
 Having a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
 Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
 A Management degree from a reputed college
 Data oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
