Job Description
Developing and executing marketing strategies to meet our business objectives,
including but not limited to social media, influencer marketing, offline marketing, media
planning & buying, PR & communication, agency management, project management,
ATL & BTL activities, campaign & brand management and copywriting & content
creation.
● Collaborate with business development, digital/performance marketing, and tech teams
to create compelling content that drives conversions and enhances the user experience.
● Lead the brand marketing & communication process from concept to execution, ensuring
all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and voice.
● Utilize data and customer insights to inform creative decisions and optimize visual
strategies for better performance.
● Manage the creative team, set clear goals, and oversee project timelines to ensure
deliverables are completed to the highest standard and within deadlines.
● Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new and innovative creative approaches
and technologies into campaigns.
● Develop and manage the creative budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to
deliver the highest impact.
● Spearhead the integration of AI tools and techniques into the creative process,
enhancing personalization and relevance across all customer touchpoints.
