This role is directly responsible for the company profitability and growth through investment return
generation and Asset under Management (AUM) growth.
IV. The profile involves overall equity research and fund management activity of the investment
department and conducting economic, industry & company research. The person will be responsible
for guiding and nurturing the research/FM team to generate investable ideas and to take higher
responsibilities in future.
V. The profile also includes active involvement in developing and implementing portfolio investment
strategies, creating model portfolio to outperform the benchmark and peers. Monitoring fund’s
performance vis-à-vis benchmark and peers and outperform the same. The role also includes active
involvement in product development from the equity perspective and complying at all times with
regulatory, risk management & other internal mandates
