Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, administration, and IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Business Management (ITBM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB)/Common Service Data Model (CSDM), and other modules. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work independently or collaboratively in a multi-client environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, configuration, implementation, and delivery of ServiceNow modules.
  • Engage with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and design sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Customize and develop core ServiceNow modules as per business needs.
  • Monitor and support platform upgrades, integrations, and patches.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored to business insights.
  • Maintain platform integrity and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Handle multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Document configuration changes, develop user guides, and maintain knowledge base articles.
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement and automation.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform and IT Service Management.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, Service Catalog/Request.
    • IT Business Management (ITBM) – Ideation, Demand, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management.
    • Proficient in developing workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items.
    • Experience in configuration, customization, migration, version upgrades, and standardization.
    • Strong skills in data analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting.
    • Experience working with standalone and multi-domain instances.
    • Strong communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and remote collaboration.

Experience

6+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow platform development and IT Service Management.

Environment

  • Location: Hybrid (2 days in the office per month)
  • Job Type: Contract
