Jio BlackRock brings BlackRock’s deep expertise and talent in investment management, risk management, product excellence, access to technology, operations, scale, and intellectual capital around markets, while JFS contributes local market knowledge, customer reach, digital infrastructure capabilities and robust execution capabilities.
Together, the partnership will introduce a new player to the India market with a unique combination of scope, scale, and resources. JFS and BlackRock are targeting initial investment of US$150 million each in the joint venture.The joint venture will have its own management team and will launch operations post all regulatory and statutory approvals.
About this role:
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our products and services through strategic marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that effectively promote our wealth management offerings to target audiences. This role requires excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing creative marketing solutions.
Reporting to: CMO, Jio BlackRock
Key responsibilities:
1. Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling value propositions and messaging for our wealth management products and services, tailored to various target audiences.
2. Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive product adoption, utilizing channels such as digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and events.
3. Product Content Development: Create engaging marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations, to educate prospects and clients about our offerings.
4. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools and materials to effectively sell wealth management products, including sales decks, product guides, and training resources.
5. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
6. Product Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI for products.
7. Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, compliance, and other teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives
