Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and best practices for the platform.
• Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of deployed applications.
• Lead the development process by enforcing rigorous code reviews and promoting automated testing to foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and align technical strategies with business objectives.
• Provide mentorship to team members, fostering growth and technical skill development.
• Architect solutions to complex problems leveraging expertise in relevant technologies and systems.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-8 years of software engineering management experience, with at least 2 years leading teams.
• Technical Skills:
  • Thorough knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL).
  • Proficient understanding of Git, Asana, Sentry, and DevOps workflows.
  • Prior experience in architecting solutions for complex problems.
  • Passionate about leveraging AI for exponential progression.
  • Strong systems-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a startup environment or with enterprise-scale platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with security best practices in software development.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning in emerging technologies.

Experience

• 5 to 8 years of relevant software engineering management experience.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering scalable solutions.
• Experience in building and maintaining complex software architectures.

Environment

• Location: Whitefield, Bangalore.
• Work Mode: Hybrid — 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
