Job Description

  • Culture & Engagement

    • Champion company values and embed them across all levels of the organization.

    • Design and execute engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and well-being activities.

    • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to improve employee satisfaction.

  • Talent & Development

    • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent mapping, and succession planning.

    • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives.

    • Design and implement learning & development programs to support employee growth.

  • Performance & People Processes

    • Lead performance management cycles, goal-setting frameworks, and development conversations.

    • Drive DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives to ensure a fair and inclusive environment.

    • Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with organizational needs.

  • Employee Relations & Compliance

    • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR and workplace matters.

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.

    • Manage conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions with empathy and fairness.

  • People Analytics & Strategy

    • Use HR metrics and analytics to provide insights for decision-making.

    • Partner with leadership on organizational design, change management, and people strategy.

    • Support compensation and benefits planning to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
