Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives.

Design and implement learning & development programs to support employee growth.

Performance & People Processes

Lead performance management cycles, goal-setting frameworks, and development conversations.

Drive DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives to ensure a fair and inclusive environment.

Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with organizational needs.

Employee Relations & Compliance

Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR and workplace matters.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.

Manage conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions with empathy and fairness.

People Analytics & Strategy

Use HR metrics and analytics to provide insights for decision-making.

Partner with leadership on organizational design, change management, and people strategy.

Support compensation and benefits planning to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
