Workday Integration

Job Summary

This role is designed for a professional with 3-5 years of experience in Workday integration to work on complex integration projects within an HR or IT environment. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust integration solutions that connect Workday with various enterprise systems, ensuring efficient data flow and process automation. This position is fully remote and requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and Develop Integrations: Create and implement secure and scalable integration solutions utilizing Workday Studio and Workday APIs.
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with HR, IT, and external partners to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Maintenance and Support: Monitor and troubleshoot existing integrations to ensure optimal performance and timely issue resolution.
• Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation for integration processes, including specifications, test plans, and user guidance.
• Process Improvement: Propose and implement enhancements for the continuous improvement of integration performance, reliability, and security.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience working on Workday integration projects.
• Proficient in Workday Studio, Workday APIs, and related integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of SOAP, REST, and other relevant web services protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management best practices.
• Knowledge of additional scripting languages such as Python.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and continuous integration practices.

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday integration projects or similar systems.
