<div>Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a robust social media strategy that aligns with the company’s brand and business objectives. ● Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. ● Platform Management: Manage and oversee social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others relevant to the brand. ● Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. ● Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and follower growth. ● Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. ● Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all social media channels. ● Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies and suggest ways to optimize the company's social media presence.</div>

<div>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ● 3+ years of proven experience in social media marketing or similar roles. ● Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices. ● Proficient in social media management tools. ● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ● Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics. ● Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. ● Experience with social media advertising and campaign management. ● Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to prioritize effectively. Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience working in a startup environment. ● Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics. ● Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design tools.</div>
