Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute visual direction for campaigns, photoshoots, films, and brand collaterals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and retail teams to translate brand strategy into compelling visuals.
• Manage the execution process—across digital, print, and retail media.
• Lead photoshoot planning, including mood boards, styling, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all channels (website, social media, in-store).
• Work closely with external photographers, stylists, models, and creative agencies.
• Develop visual guidelines and ensure adherence to brand tone and design language.
• Stay updated on art, fashion, and design trends to inspire new creative directions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in art direction or visual design within the jewellery, fashion, or luxury sector.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating Ideas, campaign direction, and brand storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Exceptional eye for composition, typography, and luxury branding.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
