The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of cookware, especially cast iron products, and be confident in customer interactions. Key Responsibilities • Handle customer queries related to cookware products via video calls • Explain product features, benefits, and usage techniques clearly • Assist customers in product selection based on their cooking needs • Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining high service standards • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer experience Requirements • Prior experience in cookware companies (mandatory) • Knowledge of cast iron cookware is an added advantage • Should know basic cooking (hands-on knowledge preferred) • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) • Strong customer handling skills • Immediate joiners preferred Work Details • Location: Domlur, Bangalore (Opposite Manipal Hospital) • Weekly Offs: 6 days in a Month
