Skills
Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
Develop and implement the overall QA strategy for the organization
Implement and manage performance and load testing strategies
Drive the implementation and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
Work towards achieving a high level of test automation coverage
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create
comprehensive test plans
Hands-on with developing automation for the product, and optimise automation with
CI/CD
Escalating critical bugs and minimising the manual efforts in application testing and
delivery
Providing feedback on new features prior to integrating them into future releases
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies
Experience with Selenium and mobile app automation
Experience
Qualifications
Understanding of mobile app automation tools/frameworks such as Appium,
BrowserStack etc.
Experience with designing end-to-end test-automation suite for module / component /
product
Experience with API test automation using Rest Assured
Solid understanding of test planning, test cases writing skills
Experience with white-box automation testing, API contract testing and quality assurance
Exposure to performance, load testing & behaviour driven development (BDD)
Exposure to Linux/Unix based systems and basic shell-scripting knowledge
Clear communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
8-10 years of relevant experience
Engineering or science background is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree and above is preferred
