Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Revenue & Market Expansion Strategy • Own and drive growth strategy across sports verticals (infrastructure, academies, leagues, sports programs, tech platforms) • Expand into new cities, institutions, schools, corporates, and government partnerships • Develop scalable acquisition frameworks for athletes, parents, institutions, and partners, across digital and offline channels • Identify monetization opportunities including sponsorships, memberships, events, and licensing • Drive sustainable revenue growth and market penetration • Build structured, repeatable demand generation engines 2. Performance & Digital Marketing Excellence • Lead paid marketing and digital acquisition campaigns targeting athletes, parents, schools, academies, corporates, and sponsors, across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.) • Optimize CAC, LTV, ROAS, and program enrolment metrics • Drive hyperlocal marketing strategies for new centre launches, academy enrolments, and events • Build strong inbound channels through SEO, sports content, athlete stories, and community-led engagement • Implement CRM and automation systems for lead nurturing and retention
