Senior Oracle EBS Technical – SCM & Finance

Job Summary

The Senior Oracle EBS Technical – SCM & Finance role is essential for developing and customizing Oracle E-Business Suite modules. The individual in this position will contribute to the efficient functioning of Supply Chain Management and Finance processes, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Oracle EBS modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Purchase Order (PO), Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Design and implement interfaces, conversions, workflows, and reports using Oracle tools such as Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and XML Publisher.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data migration and integration with external systems using APIs and Web Services.
• Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide technical support for production issues and enhancements.
• Document technical designs, deployment scripts, and user guides.
• Participate in Oracle EBS upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in Oracle EBS technical development.
• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 technical architecture.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, Workflow Builder, and BI Publisher.
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance business processes.
• Familiarity with Oracle APIs, Alerts, and Concurrent Programs.
• Knowledge of middleware like Dell Boomi is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Oracle EBS upgrades and patch management.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies related to Oracle EBS.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS technical roles, specifically in SCM and Finance modules.
