Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition team in India is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Talent Sourcer to join us. In this role, you’ll partner with business and HR leaders, working closely with Talent Partners to support multiple business units in attracting and hiring top talent. You’ll play a key role in strengthening the overall Talent Acquisition function by collaborating with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to identify, engage, and deliver top candidates. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, attracting, and pre-screening potential talent while ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates across various roles.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and suitability.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, Talent Partners, and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and create tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Use multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Track and analyze conversion metrics (from passive candidates to hires) and identify improvement areas.
  • Contribute to strengthening the employer brand through online and offline engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, preferably within the engineering industry (in-house or agency experience required).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources (HR), or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, and professional networking.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects independently.
  • Adaptability to digital and candidate experience–driven hiring environments.
  • Strong time management and English language proficiency.
