Leading multiple strategic operations and initiatives of the legal team

 

● Review and draft investment and operations-related documents

 

● Lead the process of gathering and integrating stakeholder input and regularly participate

 

in and/or lead the negotiation process.

 

● Obtain, organise, and serve as a point of contact for due diligence or projects, which will

 

include working with internal clients to gather and confirm information necessary to

 

finalise legal documents

 

● Serve as liaison for internal stakeholders, law firms, government agencies, vendors, and

 

customers actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify

 

● Assisting with review, negotiation, and closure of contracts with customers, vendors, and

 

partners while mitigating the commercial and legal implications of contract clauses, with

 

obligation assessment of contracts and identification of risk mitigation strategies
