Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Entrepreneur In Residence to join our Founder's Office Growth team. This pivotal role focuses on crafting and executing go-to-market strategies to scale the business from 0 to 1 million ARR. As a founding team member, you will leverage your experience in US GTM and demand generation to drive growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative go-to-market strategies to achieve rapid business scaling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and demand generation.
  • Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts to capture new business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Act as a key liaison between the founding team and external stakeholders to align growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 College such as IITs or BITS Pilani.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 year in a startup environment, with proven success in scaling a company from 0 to 1 million ARR.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Go-To-Market and Growth Strategies.
    • Expertise in Marketing, Customer Success, and Demand Generation.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience as an ex-founder or founding team member in an early-stage startup.
  • Familiarity with US market dynamics and customer behavior.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year in a relevant role, preferably with experience in scaling businesses from inception to early revenue stages.

Environment

The position is based in Bengaluru and involves working in a fast-paced, innovative office environment. Collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders will be a key part of the role.

Salary

Estimated salary range: ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 annually + ESOPs worth upto ₹45,00,000
