This role is ideal for a high-potential professional from a premier management institute with 2&ndash;4 years of experience, who can bring structure, analytics, and execution rigor to sales programmes across regions and channels.</b></p> <p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-33061922-7fff-eb36-0bf6-a6481d63f144">The Sales Programme Manager will act as a central coordination point across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other support functions, ensuring timely execution, performance tracking, and governance of CRO-led initiatives.</b></p> <p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-33061922-7fff-eb36-0bf6-a6481d63f144">Specific Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-33061922-7fff-eb36-0bf6-a6481d63f144">Support planning and execution of CRO-driven sales and revenue programmes including growth initiatives, incentive schemes, market development programmes, and product launches</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-33061922-7fff-eb36-0bf6-a6481d63f144">Translate revenue priorities into clear action plans, timelines, trackers, and dashboards</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-33061922-7fff-eb36-0bf6-a6481d63f144">Track performance of sales programmes across regions, channels, and teams; highlight risks, gaps, and corrective actions</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-33061922-7fff-eb36-0bf6-a6481d63f144">Act as a coordination anchor between the CRO&rsquo;s office and cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and IT</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-33061922-7fff-eb36-0bf6-a6481d63f144">Prepare structured MIS, dashboards, and leadership presentations for business reviews with the CRO and senior management</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-33061922-7fff-eb36-0bf6-a6481d63f144">Follow up on action items, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely and effective execution</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-33061922-7fff-eb36-0bf6-a6481d63f144">Support sales planning, pipeline reviews, and forecasting exercises through data analysis and insights</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-33061922-7fff-eb36-0bf6-a6481d63f144">Capture feedback from sales teams and stakeholders to continuously improve programme design and execution effectiveness</b></p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-33061922-7fff-eb36-0bf6-a6481d63f144">Skills/Requirements</b></p> <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-33061922-7fff-eb36-0bf6-a6481d63f144">MBA / PGDM from premier institutes</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-33061922-7fff-eb36-0bf6-a6481d63f144">2&ndash;4 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, revenue operations, or commercial roles</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-33061922-7fff-eb36-0bf6-a6481d63f144">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-33061922-7fff-eb36-0bf6-a6481d63f144">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-33061922-7fff-eb36-0bf6-a6481d63f144">High learning agility, ownership mindset, and ability to work in fast-paced environments</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-33061922-7fff-eb36-0bf6-a6481d63f144">Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-33061922-7fff-eb36-0bf6-a6481d63f144">Working knowledge of CRM systems and performance dashboards (SAP / Salesforce etc.)</b></p> </li> </ul> <br /> &nbsp;
