Job Description
This role requires a seasoned individual who has managed business development activities according to financial plans to achieve profitability and revenue. Liaise with various stakeholders across the business and in the project delivery team.
Key responsibilities:
- Create/ amend financial plan and budget amount based on the changes in business plans.
- Assessed the actual results against the budgeted goals to identify and correct accounting issues and variances.
- Structure MIS, analyze business profitability, and advise corrective actions to cross functional teams.
- Support finance / business leaders in working out the right lever to invest on attaining the cost optimization plans.
- Should be able to provide skillful financial advice & negotiation support to management in closing critical business deals.
- Support Ad hoc reporting analysis and special projects example financial analysis for setting up new products, new business.
- Establish ROI on investment and do monthly track and share inputs with Management
Experience & skills:
- Minimum 5 years of expertise in business finance
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounts/ Finance OR equivalent
- Good communication and organization skills
- Ideally who has developed & reviewed a financial/budgeting plan as per business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the finance processes from start to end.
- Build operational plan for optimizing on utilization and channel mix.
- Ability to work & deliver under pressure.
