<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-5987b53b-7fff-8bf4-3551-cd8160ed2327">Own end-to-end daily operations — Build SOPs, workflows, and automations across all departments.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-5987b53b-7fff-8bf4-3551-cd8160ed2327">Introduce systems that reduce founder dependency.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-5987b53b-7fff-8bf4-3551-cd8160ed2327">Manage scheduling, consultation operations, and customer pipeline.</b></p>

<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-5987b53b-7fff-8bf4-3551-cd8160ed2327">Identify bottlenecks in service delivery and remove them proactively.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-5987b53b-7fff-8bf4-3551-cd8160ed2327">Forecast demand and ensure the backend is built to support 3x–10x scale.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-5987b53b-7fff-8bf4-3551-cd8160ed2327">Build team structures, hire right talent, and manage workforce planning.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-5987b53b-7fff-8bf4-3551-cd8160ed2327">Collaborate with the founder on productizing and scaling new numerology offerings.</b></p>

<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-5987b53b-7fff-8bf4-3551-cd8160ed2327">Strong understanding of customer experience, CRM, funnels, and backend processes.</b></p>
