Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Relations & Billing Executive to manage corporate billing, insurance coordination, MOU renewals, payment follow-ups, and business development activities. The role involves direct coordination with TPAs, corporates, and insurance companies, ensuring seamless billing, reimbursement, and documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle corporate & insurance billing, submission of bills, and ensure timely approvals.
• Follow up on payments, reimbursement status, and ensure closure within TAT.
• Prepare and submit corporate bills with proper documentation as per MOU norms.
• Manage MOU renewals with TPAs, insurance companies, and corporates.
• Provide payment status / MIS updates to management regularly.
• Coordinate EHS (Employee Health Schemes) & AHS (Annual Health Schemes) execution and tracking.
• Maintain strong liasoning with corporate HRs, insurance & TPA representatives.
• Support business development activities, corporate tie-ups & relationship management.
• Work with internal teams (billing, finance, operations) to ensure process compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing, data entry, and documentation for audits.
Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate /MBA(Finance)
• 3-5 years of experience in hospital corporate billing / TPA / insurance coordination.
• Strong knowledge of insurance reimbursement & corporate billing process.
• Experience in MOU handling, payment follow-up & corporate coordination is mandatory.
Skills Required
• Excellent communication & corporate relationship management.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and negotiation ability.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, billing systems, and documentation.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under deadlines and maintain professionalism.
