Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Luxury Lighting Location: Green Park, New Delhi Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (6 days a week) Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (plus attractive incentives) Experience: 4–5 years Preferred Industry: Luxury Interiors, Designer Lighting, Premium Lifestyle Products About Us Step into the world of elegance with Klove Studio – a leading luxury lighting brand redefining interior spaces through bold, artistic, and contemporary designs. We’re looking for a result-driven Senior Sales Executive who understands the pulse of the luxury segment and thrives in consultative, relationship-driven sales. Key Responsibilities Sales Ownership: Drive individual sales and assist the team in achieving monthly targets Client Engagement: Build strong rapport with architects, interior designers, and high-net-worth clients Product Presentation: Deliver personalized presentations and recommend lighting solutions tailored to client needs Follow-ups & Closures: Manage the full sales cycle – from lead nurturing to deal closure Showroom Experience: Maintain a premium client experience in the studio/showroom Reporting: Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions What We're Looking For 4–5 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury/home décor/interior products Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Confident communicator with an eye for detail and aesthetics Comfortable working with high-profile clientele Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
