Job Summary

The Product Definition Analyst 4 is an individual contributor role focused on understanding and translating requirements into business use cases, participating in solution definition and design, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. This position requires strong communication and documentation skills, along with experience in the airline domain.

Responsibilities

• Understand and translate requirements into business use cases and assist in developing them into product features.
• Participate in solution definition and design activities.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure product delivery without major issues, including adherence to timelines.
• Investigate and analyze impacts, providing effort requirements.
• Identify and create basic documentation needed for products using provided templates and develop new templates as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or an equivalent post-graduation degree.
• 5-9 years of experience as a Product Analyst (or Business Analyst).
• Experience in the airline domain is preferred.
• Any Business Analyst or Product Owner certification is a plus.
• Extensive functional knowledge of products and projects handled.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a learning attitude.
• Good understanding of the product life cycle and Agile methodology.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Ability to convert requirements into related documents such as Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and use cases.
• Experience in reviewing other documents and test cases/test plans.
• Participation in sizing activities.

Experience

• 5-9 years of relevant experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in the airline domain.

Environment

• Full-time in-office position located in Bangalore.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹3,400,000.
