<div>OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:<br />
The role involves the incumbent to drive transformation in Finance function/Department.<br />
Reorganizing and realigning BUs philosophy towards one PSA India Finance philosophy<br />
Responsible for setting up standardised and centralised financial planning & analysis<br />
capabilities at PSA India country level in order to provide comprehensive perspective and<br />
insights into value drivers, support timely decision making across H1 and H2 businesses, and<br />
enable organisational growth towards resilience and sustainability in India.</div>
<div>Role Description<br />
• Functionally align with local/regional finance teams to understand, interpret, and<br />
provide global direction and support, driving towards global consistency and common<br />
frameworks across.<br />
• Ensure that effective systems of internal accounting controls are maintained and<br />
developed to report accurate financial information, adequately supported and in<br />
compliance with local laws and group policies.<br />
• Forecasting financial results. Lead the preparation of all annual plans, being a key<br />
contributor to the development of strategic plans and analysis of opportunities for<br />
inorganic growth.<br />
• Co-ordinate the India BUs budgets. Provide thought leadership and guidance to<br />
stakeholders to align with the management information framework,</div>
<div>centralise/standardise assumptions (eg FX, inflation) providing key financial and non-<br />
financial information to business to support achievement of strategy.</div>
<div>• Support transfer pricing analysis for India BU entities<br />
• Measure, analyse and provide insights into business performance of BUs in India<br />
• Managing senior stakeholders, delivering commercial insight and understanding of<br />
value drivers to help increase profitability and maintain growth.<br />
• Risk Mgt & Audit - Discuss audit queries and close all issues raised by the auditors.<br />

<div>Role Specification<br />
• 12-15+ years of overall Experience with 5+ years in a similar role or Lead position<br />
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field, Qualified CA/CS/CFA will be an<br />
added advantage<br />
• Team management experience- Able to train, coach and enable the development of others<br />
• Able to adapt to an evolving, Fast-paced & collaborative environment<br />
• Experience in analysing financials and operations to drive growth<br />
• Detail oriented with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines<br />
• Proven success in taking projects from conception to execution<br />
• Experience in ERP systems.<br />
• Excellent analytical skills, able to clearly link financial results to operational performance<br />
drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.<br />
• Excellent communication skills.<br />
• Clear thinking/ problem solving, able to lead projects/ process improvement within<br />
