Job Summary

The Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in the business by applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance sales operations. Responsibilities

  • Identify and address complex business problems, providing impactful solutions.
  • Manage governance and governance processes for multiple operations teams.
  • Lead mentoring and guidance initiatives, including conducting regular one-on-one sessions.
  • Handle stakeholder relationships with various program leads, product, and engineering teams.
  • Ensure process adherence and manage the attendance and availability of team members.
  • Proactively identify and implement process enhancements and tool improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in sales operations, business analytics, or related functions.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of CRM tools, especially Salesforce; ideally, experience in managing pipelines/operations.
    • Proficient with MS Office or Google Suite; comfortable analyzing large data sets and business reports.
    • Proficient in data analysis methodologies, including root cause analysis techniques.
    • SQL knowledge to read, write, and update queries.
    • Advanced experience with JIRA or similar ticketing tools.
    • Familiarity with operational metrics like shrinkage and utilization.

  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
  • Ability to build and contribute to pitch decks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in responding to requests across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure during critical situations.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales operations or analytics and demonstrated ability to work with global stakeholders.
