Job Description

Devising HR policies & Implementing best HR Practices and tools for meeting existing and future business needs; Drive clear<br /> IR Strategy with a strong Corporate Governance, Statutory Compliances and Ethics oriented approach across the organization<br /> • Based on work force planning & organization’s needs, ensure cost effective sourcing & screening best available talent thought<br /> Employee Referrals, Job portals, Placement consultants, Contractors , campus hiring etc.<br /> • Identify training needs, Preparation of training modules, calendar, schedules and batches for imparting training. Budgeting<br /> for training & measurement of its effectiveness.<br /> • Design & execute effective employee engagement initiatives ; Improve Involvement & results on various activities like Kaizens,<br /> Quality Circle, 5S drives, TPM as well as various events & Celebrations to keep employee engaged & productive<br /> • Devise & restructure compensation package in accordance with the Compensation Strategies and in alignment of applicable<br /> labour laws/statutes and overall management of salary & wages within the organisation while ensuring pay parity w.r.t Job<br /> Roles & Job pricing.<br /> • Define and implement clear IR strategy to ensure Industrial Peace and Zero manhour loss due to of any IR issues, Set up<br /> communication channels & a strong Grievance Redressal Mechanism to proactively avert any probable IR issues; At the same<br /> time, keep a strong & effective strong IR set up to handle any adverse IR Scenario in the organization.<br /> • Responsible for various acts/statutes & ensure 100% statutory compliances in line with organizational applicability eg. PF,<br /> ESI, Dept of Labour & Employment, Chief Inspector of Factories, Pollution control board, Chief Controller of Explosives, Fire,<br /> Employment Exchange, Weights & Measurements, local police & district administration etc.;<br /> • Ensure smooth operations of Plant Administration & facilities like Security, Canteen, Transport facilities, Office Equipment,<br /> printing & stationary, courier, postage, IT, phones, for operational readiness and initiating cost effectiveness towards all above<br /> including electricity, water, insurance etc
