Job Title: IT Sales Manager

Location: Bengaluru, India

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and expand the enterprise client base.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Microsoft, Azure, Microsoft 365, Google, AWS, or other emerging technologies ecosystem.
  2. Client Engagement:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client organizations.
    • Understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
  3. Revenue Growth:
    • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas through the acquisition of new clients and upselling to existing ones.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client expectations.
  4. Market Intelligence:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies within Microsoft, Azure, Microsoft 365, Google, AWS, or other technologies ecosystem.
    • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine service offerings and market positioning.
  5. Lead Generation:
    • Leverage tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or any other CRM tools designated by the company to generate qualified leads.
    • Develop and execute targeted campaigns globally to identify and nurture leads.
  6. Product or Solution Demonstration:
    • Conduct compelling product or solution demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our services and solutions.
    • Tailor demonstrations to client-specific needs and use cases to drive engagement and decision-making.
  7. Sales Reporting:
    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics to senior management.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in IT services with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, and related services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other CRM or sales enablement tools.
  • Proficiency in delivering effective product or solution demonstrations to clients.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with enterprise clients across industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or government.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Certifications in Microsoft technologies or sales methodologies (e.g., Solution Selling, SPIN Selling).
