Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Designer to join our dynamic team and help shape our product vision of empowering local SMBs. The role involves translating our vision into reality by creating amazing and delightful experiences for our users. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, user-obsessed, and have a knack for building intuitive mobile and desktop UX.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex marketing concepts for non-tech-savvy users.
• Conduct extensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of the target audience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design concepts and facilitate seamless handoff to development.
• Take ownership of the entire design process, from ideation to implementation, iterating and refining based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions, advocating for user needs and ensuring design remains a key consideration in all product decisions.
• Establish and maintain design standards, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all user experience aspects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and impact.
• Proven ability to design for non-tech-savvy users, simplifying complex concepts and workflows into intuitive, easy-to-use interfaces.
• Extensive experience conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and translating findings into actionable design recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and build consensus across teams.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in B2B SaaS or startup environments.
• Familiarity with front-end development and the ability to work closely with developers to implement designs.

Experience

4+ years of relevant experience in digital product design.

The position is based in Bangalore, India, and is a full-time role and remote.
