Their expertise in financial statements, analysis, reporting, and audits is essential for navigating the unique challenges and opportunities of this dynamic industry. Key Responsibilities: Assistance in all aspects of finance, including tax, bookkeeping, payments, reporting, • Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financials in AS & IND AS • Development of accounting and reporting processes and controls • Coordination between tax advisors and fund administration and statutory audits • Assistance in GST compliances eg GST monthly & Annual returns, GST payments • Assistance in Payment of TDS & filing TDS return, PF, Annual Income Tax return & Form 64 С. • Assist with financial and tax audits and banking reconciliations. • Conduct cost analysis to ensure effective allocation of resources, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize profitability • Work closely with leadership to evaluate new projects (both domestic and international), conducting viability & risk assessments and strategizing for end-to-end implementation. • Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements • Assist with quarterly producer commission reports; analyzing and correcting discrepancies • Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls What you will need • Qualified CA professional under ICAl • 4 years of prior experience in core accounting and taxation • Strong knowledge in GST & Income Tax • Good communication skills. • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders. • You are curious about new things and love to work in small, high-energy, high-conviction, cross-functional work environments • Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures • Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis • Previous experience in EPC sector is a plus
