Role Overview
The E-commerce Key Account Manager will oversee operations for Miraggio’s accounts on leading marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, blinkit, etc.).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing platform-specific PPC ads, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence to achieve business objectives.
 
Key Responsibilities
Account Management and Strategy:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for platform partners to build strong relationships and maximize account performance.
* Develop and execute tailored strategies for each platform to meet revenue, profitability, and market share goals.
* Negotiate for better visibility opportunities, promotional placements, and platform-specific ad campaigns.
 
PPC Campaign Management:
* Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces to drive traffic, visibility, and sales.
* Monitor campaign performance metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC) and implement data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
* Conduct regular keyword research and A/B testing to refine targeting strategies.
 
Performance Optimization:
* Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and address inefficiencies in product listings, pricing, and campaign strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product listings, improve content quality, and optimize SEO for better organic ranking.
 
P&L Ownership:
* Take full ownership of the profit and loss statement of assigned account, ensuring all revenue and expense targets are met.
* Optimize promotional spends, discounts, and marketing budgets to maximize profitability.
 
Operational Excellence:
* Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure inventory availability and adherence to platform SLA requirements.
* Resolve operational challenges such as chargebacks, penalties, or discrepancies in catalog listings.
 
Reporting and Insights:
* Generate and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
* Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and advertising innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
 
Requirements
Experience:
* 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce account management, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle category.
* Proven experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, or other major e-commerce platforms.
Skills:
* Expertise in e-commerce advertising platforms and tools like Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Ads, and related analytics dashboards.
* Proficiency in analysing data and identifying actionable growth opportunities.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Traits:
* Analytical and data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Certification in Amazon Advertising or similar programs is a plus.
