Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will develop the business sales plan for individual customers, specifically Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs), to grow the business. This role involves setting short-term objectives for customer calls, achieving long-term goals, and executing territory business plans for the product mix to achieve and surpass sales objectives in the selected division.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned HCPs and Pharmacy Stores on a daily basis.
• Scan the environment in a given territory to understand and establish channels (Customers) for increasing access to products.
• Position the brands by using strategic inputs and promotional activities as recommended by Marketing based on market intelligence.
• Manage forecasting and inventory at the distributor level.
• Follow company guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all internal and external business activities.
• Prepare and execute business plans aligned with territory performance and strategic objectives of the company.

• Knowledge about:

  • Acceptable level of understanding on Disease, Product, and Compliance.
  • Excellent understanding of Epidemiology and the Competitive Market.
  • Good understanding of business, territory, and planning.
