3: Business Development:

  • Drive end-to-end business development initiatives, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to maximize sales opportunities.

4: Market Expansion:

  • Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to expand the company’s global presence.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to tailor products/services to meet the specific needs of international customers.

5: Performance Monitoring:

  • Set and track sales team KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.

6: Collaboration:

  • Partner with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Collaborate on campaigns, promotional activities, and client pitches to support sales efforts.

7: Operational Oversight:

  • Ensure the effective use of CRM tools and data management practices to maintain accurate customer information.
  • Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and report on sales progress to senior leadership.
