Job Description
1: Sales Team Leadership:
- Establish and lead a sales team focused on international (Europe & USA) B2B markets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and develop a high-performing culture.
2: Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to international markets.
- Identify and prioritize target industries, geographies, and customer segments.
3: Business Development:
- Drive end-to-end business development initiatives, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to maximize sales opportunities.
4: Market Expansion:
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to expand the company’s global presence.
- Work with cross-functional teams to tailor products/services to meet the specific needs of international customers.
5: Performance Monitoring:
- Set and track sales team KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
6: Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with broader business goals.
- Collaborate on campaigns, promotional activities, and client pitches to support sales efforts.
7: Operational Oversight:
- Ensure the effective use of CRM tools and data management practices to maintain accurate customer information.
- Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and report on sales progress to senior leadership.
