Job Summary
The Business Performance Manager is responsible for developing intelligence and management systems to facilitate operational excellence and scalable growth within Dana Choga. This role aims to improve organizational performance through data-driven decision-making and actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Design and build the intelligence framework to track key metrics across all functions of the business.
- Interpret and analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights that drive performance improvements.
- Design responsive systems that address issues revealed by data, including implementing interventions and measuring their effectiveness.
- Shape leadership performance reviews to be more intelligence-led, focusing on actionable decisions rather than merely presenting data.
- Build accountability into operational processes to ensure decisions made in reviews are executed efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, business excellence, strategy, or commercial operations within a consumer, marketplace, or multi-unit business.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills, with familiarity in Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data analyses into actionable recommendations for non-analytical stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset towards solving root causes rather than merely tracking symptoms.
- Excellent communication skills to convey insights clearly and effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI tools.
- A strong orientation towards data as a diagnostic tool.
- Ability to design systems that provide insightful solutions for recurring problems.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in relevant fields including analytics, business intelligence, or commercial operations.
