Job Summary

Job Title: Marketing & Sales Strategist – Artisanal Clothing Label
Location: Remote / (Hyderabad)
Type: Part-Time or Freelance
Compensation: Commission based

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing & Sales Strategist who can increase brand visibility and drive sales through organic and low-budget strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a lean sales strategy to grow revenue

  • Use SEO, Pinterest, Google Ads (low spend), and email marketing

  • Optimize our Shopify website for conversions

  • Explore collaborations, partnerships, and barter-based influencer tie-ups

  • Track performance and adjust strategies for better ROI

  • Experience in organic digital marketing

  • Familiar with Pinterest, Google Ads, SEO, Shopify

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer preferences.
  • Generate qualify leads.
  • Create engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and common digital marketing tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with social media marketing and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of graphic design or content creation tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
  • Previous experience in B2C marketing environments.

Experience

  • Open to candidates with varying levels of experience; relevant internships or prior roles in marketing or sales will be considered an advantage.
