Job Description
Lead the origination of RE transactions, identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.<br /> ▪<br /> Build and lead a high-performing team dedicated to Real Estate business, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.<br /> ▪<br /> Deal Origination and Business Development - Originate and source new deals across real estate sector directly and with the help of team.<br /> ▪<br /> To be updated with the Market Intelligence on Real Estate Market and Track Key Developments<br /> ▪<br /> Understanding the nuances of wholesale funding for the Real Estate Sector<br /> ▪<br /> Responsible for monitoring the RE transactions throughout the transaction lifecycle – Origination, Closure and Deepening of Relationship<br /> ▪<br /> Manage the disbursement process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of loans. Implement effective monitoring mechanisms to track loan performance and mitigate potential risks.<br /> ▪<br /> Client Management: Have deep relationship with the client and understanding their needs and providing feasible solution<br /> ▪<br /> Help the team for finalization of the Deal Structure, Participate and Negotiate on key commercial terms and Transaction documents<br /> ▪<br /> Contribute to the development and profitable growth of the real estate portfolio by developing new relationships<br /> ▪<br /> Stakeholder Management: Build and preserve connections with important partners, clients, and stakeholders to enhance business relationships and explore collaborative opportunities.
