Job Summary

We are seeking a Tech Leader who can utilize their expertise in technology to architect and scale code and teams. This role will focus on creating interactive challenges and AI-powered learning journeys on a gamified platform aimed at developing future-ready skills. The Tech Leader will start hands-on and will be responsible for building a strong team across various technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale both code and development teams to support the company's growth objectives.
• Drive product and systems thinking to enhance the Edtech platform's functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging front-end and back-end solutions, incorporating AI for content delivery.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of learner needs and behaviors to inform product development.
• Build and lead teams of engineers and developers specializing in front-end, back-end, AI, and content infrastructure.
• Utilize a founder mindset to identify and prioritize solving the right problems for the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tech leadership roles within fast-paced environments, preferably within Edtech or similar industries.
• Strong product and systems thinking skills.
• Experience in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and content delivery systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on user empathy and learner outcomes.
• Ability to work hands-on initially while taking on a leadership role in team development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in startup environments with a track record of building and leading diverse technology teams.
• Knowledge of gamification principles and their application in educational contexts.
• Ability to understand and navigate the challenges faced by learners in modern education systems.

Experience

10 +Years of experience (atleast 5 in a management / leadership role)
