The Role: As the SVP - Finance, you will be a key leader in driving financial strategy and performance within Refyne. Operating at the intersection of finance and strategy, you will lead financial planning and analysis, manage financial risks, and drive growth initiatives to support business objectives. Financial Strategy and Planning: 1. Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives. 2. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team to support decision-making and drive growth. B. Financial Management: 1. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. 2. Implement robust financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. 3. Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks. C. Investor Relations: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial institutions. 2. Prepare and deliver financial presentations and reports for shareholders and stakeholders. D.
