Job Summary

The Sevicenow Tester-ATF role is focused on ensuring the quality and functionality of ServiceNow applications using Automated Testing Framework (ATF). This position contributes to the organization's goal of delivering high-quality software by implementing rigorous testing protocols and facilitating a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using ServiceNow's ATF.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand requirements and create test plans.
• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in applications.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not impacted by new updates.
• Analyze testing results and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow platform and its functionalities.
• Proficient in Automated Testing Framework (ATF) for ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for working within a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications in ServiceNow or software testing methodologies are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of JavaScript or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development processes.
• Experience with system integration testing.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, specifically with ServiceNow applications and ATF.
