<p>delivery systems which can add tremendous value to formulators of Personal Care.</p>
<p>CVR is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (8–10 years) who can position our</p>
<p>unique offerings to brand owners, ODMs (Original design Manufacturing Houses), Flavour and</p>
<p>Fragrance Houses, drive customer acquisition and build deep customer relationships.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<p>1)<b> </b>Business Development</p>
<p>a) To expand the company’s footprint in the cosmetic and personal care market.</p>
<p>b) To identify and secure new customers</p>
<p>2)<b> </b>Sales & Customer Engagement</p>
<p>a) To make high-impact presentations and conduct techno-commercial discussions to promote</p>
<p>benefits.</p>
<p>b) To lead contract negotiations and close supply agreements.</p>
<p>3)<b> </b>Market Development & Insights</p>
<p>a) To study customer launches and trends to understand consumer needs to identify market</p>
<p>opportunities.</p>
<p>b) To provide strategic feedback to product development teams on new ingredient requirements or</p>
<p>modifications.</p>
<p>4)<b> </b>Leadership & Collaboration</p>
<p>a) To be a self- starter, show entrepreneurial skills to approach work across functions.</p>
<p>b) To build a team and mentor the team as the business scales.c) To work closely with technical, R&D, and marketing teams to align on product positioning and</p>
<p>promotional strategies.</p>
<p>d) Regularly report sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and market intelligence to senior leadership.</p>
<p>5)<b> </b>Qualifications & Skills</p>
<p>i. ii. iii. iv. v. vi. vii. Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemical</p>
<p>Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.</p>
<p>8–10 years of experience in business development, key account management, or technical sales</p>
<p>within the cosmetic / personal care ingredients or specialty chemicals industry.</p>
<p>Strong existing network with cosmetic brands, formulators, and manufacturers is highly</p>
<p>advantageous.</p>
<p>Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.</p>
<p>Self-driven, entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to work independently in a startup</p>
<p>environment.</p>
<p>Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, events, and exhibitions.</p>
<p>Understanding of Business Finance, negotiation skills</p>
