• 15-20 years of experience with collection across various products<br /> <br />
• Experience with collection in the secured and unsecured lending space<br /> <br />
• Managed a team of RCM <br /> <br />
• Housing as a product should have been a part of the portfolio<br /> <br />
• Should have managed a portfolio of 2000 cr upwards<br /> <br />
• Experience from an NBFC, Bank or housing finance company<br /> <br />

- Coordinate and implements collection policies and procedures<br /> <br /> - Excellent written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills<br /> <br />

• Exceptional supervisory experience
