Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven Online Growth Executive to manage and optimize the company’s presence across food delivery platforms. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with leading aggregators such as Swiggy and Zomato, or similar organizations, and possess strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor online food delivery platforms including Swiggy, Zomato, and other aggregators.
• Track daily sales, order volumes, customer ratings, and platform performance metrics.
• Reconcile payout reports and identify discrepancies.
• Analyze platform data and provide actionable insights to improve sales and profitability.
• Coordinate with aggregator account managers for campaigns, visibility, and growth initiatives.
• Monitor discounts, promotions, and marketing spends across platforms.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention.
• Ensure menu listings, pricing, and operational information remain updated across platforms.
• Work closely with Operations and Marketing teams to drive online revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Swiggy, Zomato, or a reputed consumer-tech company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies could be a plus.
• Previous experience in the food delivery industry would be highly advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year in a similar role or with relevant experience in managing online growth for food delivery services.
