Job Summary

The Dynamics 365 Commerce CRT Developer will be responsible for building and extending server-side business logic for B2B eCommerce scenarios, ensuring a seamless integration between various components of the eCommerce platform. The role involves developing CRT extensions for key functionalities such as pricing, order processing, customer hierarchies, and custom workflows, contributing to the organization’s overall efficiency in managing B2B commerce operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and extend server-side business logic within the D365 Commerce environment for B2B eCommerce scenarios.
• Create CRT extensions focusing on pricing rules, order processing workflows, and customer hierarchies.
• Ensure seamless integration between the eCommerce storefront, Customer Service Unit (CSU), and Headquarters (HQ).
• Troubleshoot performance issues across B2B channels and optimize system functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new business requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in C# and .NET programming languages.
• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce SDKs.
• Proven experience in deploying CRT packages effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Experience in B2B eCommerce development is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with workflow customization and integration in eCommerce platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.

Experience
