Job Summary
The Data Operations role primarily focuses on supporting databases that manage workflow information and resolving incidents. The position involves troubleshooting, data processing, and optimizing data integration, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Utilize SQL queries to troubleshoot databases and analyze incidents related to workflow information.
- Provide incident support and customer service while effectively communicating complex concepts.
- Execute data processing tasks and automate data integration to optimize workflows.
- Assess problems and implement solutions based on business practices and root cause analysis.
- Create and manage dashboards in Salesforce for data input and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and effectively manage communication within a matrix environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills:
- 2+ years of experience with SQL queries, specifically in SQL Server Management Studio.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce, including data management and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with web browser configurations and troubleshooting across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of healthcare data systems, specifically relating to EMR and health insurance.
- Understanding of HIPAA and Personal Health Information (PHI) compliance.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills, including experience in negotiation, persuasion, and presentation to executives.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in configuring Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software such as Epic, Cerner, or eCW.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong client management and organizational skills.
- Experience in health care data analysis and reporting, specifically with clinical data.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7 V2.x, FHIR).
Experience
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in data operations, incident support, and data processing.
Environment
- Hybrid work environment, with 2 days per week required at the client location in Noida.
Salary
- Estimated salary: ₹1.3 Lakhs per annum.
